I would like to have some chukar if possible along with some pigeons. Have the pigeons been hitting your traps yet? So far all I have lined up is quail @ $4 each. Pigeons are still not hitting the traps. I have talked to others that trap from Anadarko and Ninekah and they are having the same problem getting birds to trap.

I talked to Jack ysesterday and he thought Rick Miles still had some Chukar. Mark Ellerd and Raymond Hill were looking for some also. I will call and find out and see what he wants for them.

If anyone has a source for birds please let me know, it's not looking good to have this much trouble this early in the training season.

Birds for March training day

If you want birds for training day please let us know by Wednesday, March 10th so we have time to get the order in and pick up birds. Here is what we have so far:

Quail $3.50 -4.00 each
Chukar $7.25 -7.50 each
Pheasant $10.00 each

So far I have not been able to get pigeons. I have traps set and have two other contacts that trap and are supposed to let me know if they get some. If we get some they will be $3.00 each. I will update the post as soon as pigeons are available. I can probably get ducks if anyone wants them although I haven't verified they are available. If you want ducks let me know so I can try to get them. They are usually $10.00 each.

He has 4 mallard hens, and several of the smaller call ducks. He also has 2 of the large Ruen ducks if anyone is interested in them. He does have a customer wanting all he has left but will hold what I need for the rest of the week. Mike
